I believe healing happens in spaces where you are allowed to be fully yourself. A space where you don't have to filter or perform, but can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or expectation. My role is to meet you there with presence, curiosity, and care, allowing me to be deeply engaged in understanding your story. I'm not a blank slate in the therapy room. I show up as a real, engaged person while maintaining the boundaries and thoughtfulness that make therapy both safe and meaningful.
My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and shaped by a deep respect for your autonomy. I see you as the expert of your own life, and I trust your internal wisdom, even when it feels hard to access.
